On March 2, 2008, CH Pineridge Kolperla, TDI, CGC was bred to CH
Hnúks Breki, CGC. Breki
is an FCI dog, imported from Iceland, bred by Hörður Þorsteinsson and Stina Gunnarsdóttir of
Hnúks Kennel. He is free of eye disease
as are his parents. His PennHip scores are .44/.44. Breki has a correct short double red and white coat. His best feature
is his exceptional temperament. Breki is a sweet, loving guy, athletic and happy. He enjoys any activity that involves a ball.
Breki was a UKC Top Ten Dog in 2007. He is a member of the rare M1/M2 line and we are happy to help preserve
this line.
Here is our handsome daddy.

Four healthy puppies, three dogs and one bitch, were born on May
4th. On day 16, we completed the "Super Dog" program (www.breedingbetterdogs.com), an early neurological stimulation program that is proven to have important and lasting effects on puppies.
The litter will be evaluated by AKC Judge Pat Hastings at eight weeks and placements will be made at that time. The puppies
will be CERF tested that same day.
We believe, at this time (31 days) that Dagny is a gold/yellow and the
boys are chinchillas. Overall color is determined by the color found behind the ears. We also believe that the males will
be long haired and Dagny will be short haired. As you can see, the markings and coat length are changing rapidly on each.
Colors and markings on the ISD change up to two years of age.
The eyes are darkening and will be black per the
standard. Both Sæli & Röskur have exceptional dewclaws that are staying down on the ground. Bragi has
good strong dews that are moving up his leg as he grows (typical). Dagny has a single dew claw on one side and double
on the other side. Toenails have been trimmed three times already and they all do very well with that.
Enjoy
the pictures & weekly updates.
WEEK
SEVEN June 23rd- The pups are learning many new things. Today, after the pool party, they learned
to come and sit. They know their names and are smart little ones. All of them are very sweet and playful. The pups "now
have fully functioning brains and are capable of learning anything, keeping in account their short attention spans. Learning
at this age is permanent." [Behavioral Development of Puppies by Kathryn Lanam]

On
June 7th, some of the families that have reserved pups came for a visit. Everyone had a great time and one "mom"
even flew in from another state for the visit. As you can see from the last few shots, after everyone left, the pack crashed.

| Of all the toys, this soda box is by far the favorite. Go figure! |
On June 5th, everyone went
to the vet and got a clean bill of health. She checked eyes, ears, teeth, bites, hearts and lungs. All the boys have their
"parts" and the vet said they are the "picture of health", an "excellent litter".
